Congratulations with the Victory Day – Golitzyno!

On May 9 2013 , on Thursday, citizens and guests of Golitzyno shall celebrate  the V-Day – the holiday commemorating the victory of the people of the Soviet Union over the fascist Germany in The Great Patriotic War 1941—1945!

Traditionally in Golitzyno the Victory Day celebration shall take place at the monument at the Dead servicemen Monument to the dead home – folk servicemen «with an opening solemn meeting The saved people of world remembers.

After the meeting all the participants in an orderly manner shall visit the Bed of Honor to lay wreathes and flowers there, where Red Army men are engraved, for those, who passed away in the hospitals during the War. As usually, the-Day celebration in Golitzyno is held as part of many years tradition of Golitzyno, i.e. the address of Golitzyno head, the speeches of veterans, small celebratory concert, brief march of Frontier institute cadets and sub-machine gun salute. And to conclude the V-Day holiday, at 22.00 - the festive fireworks.
