Festive events dedicated to the celebration of the City Day of Moscow and the 55th anniversary of Zelenograd city!

Festive events shall be held from 7 to 8 of September, 2013, dedicated to celebration of the City Day of Moscow and the 55 th birthday anniversary of Zelenograd city in Zelenogradsky administrative district of Moscow.

The Ambitious holiday program was planned for the City Day. From 7 to 8 of September the various holiday activities shall be arranged for inhabitants: from air-show up to authorial kitchen.

As it is reported by prefecture of Zelenograd, City Day celebration in this year shall take two days: September of 7 th and 8 th.

The celebration shall begin at 15:00 with formal flower-laying ceremony to the memorial sign of Pervostroiteley of Zelenograd city placed on Yunost ploschad.

Theatricalize parade under slogan - Let`s walk through our city… shall take place at 16:00 from Zlobina street through Zentalny prospect up to Central ploschad. The participants of this parade are works collective of municipally-operated enterprises, veterans, youth, public associations, students, schoolchildren, and creative teams.

The opening ceremony of City Day-2013 shall take place from 17:00 to 17:30 at the Zentarlny ploschad, and then the gala concert is scheduled for Zelenograd citizens up to 20:40.

17 thematic spots shall open their doors for guests from 17:30 to 20:00 in Pobeda Park. Children's and Adults café , veterans patio, academic and business towns, music playing ground, bikers court, extreme activities & kaleidoscope for youth, children and sports playground, folk arts ground, Ministry for Civil Defense, Russian Emergency Ministry site, retro planet, craftsmen’s town and automobile showroom will be open for the citizens.

The light show will be performed at 21:20 in Pobeda Park; the sky over Zelinograd shall be decorated by fireworks at 21:30.

All comers shall have chance to taste the authorial ready-cooked foods as part of Tasty City festival to be held on Zentralnaya ploschad from 12:00 tо 22:00.

Bulvarnaya area in 20 housing complex (between buildings 2005 and 2024) shall host Urban Romanticist Festival. The participants’ performance shall be arranged on 7th of September from 12:00 to 21:00, and on 8 th of September from 11:00 to 21:00.

12:00 - 18:00 - the concert on Zentralnaya Ploschad from for inhabitants of the city.

2:30 - 14:50 - air-show in Pobeda Park, presenter - Valdis Pelsh.

13:00 - 18:00 extreme – spots in Pobeda Park.

15:30 -18:00 - extreme tricks show as part of "Robots` battle «by bump artists from Russia, USA, and Spain.

10:00 - 18:30 - the third Butuzov Cap rugby tournament in multifunctional center with rugby stadium located in the Park of 40 th anniversary of Victory.

12:00 - Bicycle motocross and balder cross completions in 15 micro districts on Michalowski prud close toGrin trade center.

18:00 - 19:30- ice show with involvement of super star of Russian and world figure-skating in Ledovyi sports and health center in 20-th micro district (building 2045).

The variety of entertainment activities shall be prepared also by districts boards. Also, the ambitious and various festive programs are scheduled for City Day celebration in Moscow.

The AKSIOMA Independent Stage Company shall provide technical assistance of this event, and build up the various stage structures.
