29th International Real Estate Exhibition DOMEXPO

On October 17 – 20 2013, 29th DOMEXPO International Real Estate Exhibition shall be held on the territory of the shopping arcade Gostiny Dvor. The only exhibition in Russia enclosing all of the Russian and foreign real estate market segments, such as properties of urban, country, resort, exclusive, residential and commercial real estate.

The exhibition was arranged with the support of the Moscow Department of Urban Policy and Construction, Moscow Association of Realtors, Association of Moscow Investors, Russian Guild of Realtors (RGR), Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation.

Foreign partners of DOMEXPO are as follows: Italian and American Association of Realtors (A.N.A.M.A. and NAR), Spanish Property Exhibition in Madrid (SIMA). Participation in the exhibition of the members of the Russian and Moscow Government, deputies, representatives of the diplomatic corps, heads of companies raises the status of the event, draws attention to and promotes trust to its participants. High organization level of the exhibition has been honored by merit badges of the Global association of the Exhibition Industry and International Union of Exhibitions and Fairs.

Throughout the many years of its operation, DOMEXPO exhibition has been attended by over half of a million of visitors. Annual representation of the Russian and foreign companies at the exhibition amounts to 200 companies, as a minimum. Among which, there are construction and property companies, banks, architect and design bureaus, insurance companies and law offices, special-purpose mass media.

Expositions of the Russian companies shall be widely represented by new construction and resale real estate markets of Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar Territory and other Russian areas, including countryside reаl estates in Moscow and Leninbradsky, Tula, Vlaldimir Oblasts, Black Sea and Baltic Sea coasts. Representatives of major banks shall be operating at the exhibition who will introduce the interested persons to the newly developed mortgage schedules, conditions of drawing upon and reimbursement of the real estate and consumer loans.

Foreign real estate expositions shall be represented by over a hundred of European, USA, Latin American and Asian companies. Among numerous real estate proposals there are different various purpose price offers for inhabitancy and seasonal real property, business and investments.

As part of the business program, summarizing and TREFI (International Real Estate and Finance Market Prize) Award winners rewarding ceremony among DOMEXPO exhibition participants. TREFI Awards ceremony managers are represented by Moscow Association of Realtors, National Association of Developers, Moscow Investors Association and Moscow International Real Estate Exhibition DOMEXPO.

DOMEXPO Exhibition features not only overwhelming variety of the real estate properties choice but also business-related interesting activities, the subject matter of which is presently being developed by the representatives of the Russian Guild of Realtors and Moscow Investors Association, as well as real property market experts of Russia, CIS countries, Western and Eastern Europe, and USA. Current problems of the contemporary real estate market issues and ways of its further development shall be discussed at conferences, workshops, Roundtable talks.

Guests of the exhibition will be provided with the possibility to attend public workshops wherewith they will get themselves familiar with judicial and procedural aspects of the real estate business transactions in Russia and abroad, along with obtaining information on the state housing programs, mortgage loans and related bank activities.

The AKSIOMA Independent Stage Company is preparing to implement technical provision of this event with stage and light equipment within the frame of the 29th International Real State Exhibition DOMEXPO to be held on October 17 to 20 in Gostiny Dvor in Moscow.

Our design personnel have executed a set of tailor-made stage structures specially developed for this exhibition, and our riggers shall install an exclusive transparent Italian auto podium Sixtema Classic RGB backlit for Mercedes-Smart auto cars, and SABID flood lights to be provided for dynamic flood lighting of the motor stands.
