On February 7 – 9 the "EVENT EXPO" — Event Creators Exhibition will be held in Crocus Expo IEC.

"Independent Stage Company "Aksioma" LLC announces the participation of its Partners in the "EVENT EXPO" — EVENT CREATORS EXHIBITION which will be held in Moscow in Crocus Expo IEC on February 7 – 9, 2012.

Exhibition Basic Foundation:

EVENT EXPO is created on the basis of IPSA Promotional Products. IPSA EXPO, the acknowledged leader in exhibition organization, in 2011 held the 20th anniversary exhibition and has a regular contingent of exhibitors and visitors and involves from year to year new partners, participants and guests. Therefore this successful exhibition involves in a new project its regular participants – promotional products suppliers, as well as its regular visitors – Advertisement Directors, Marketing Directors, Top Managers, Advertising and event agencies – direct customers and producers of advertisements and events. Statistically 3,100 visitors were registered at the exhibition IPSA SPRING 2011, at IPSA AUTUMN 2010 – 4,800, of which about half included end users and the other half was representatives of advertising agencies.

The exhibition was represented in three segments: Exhibiting, Show-Venue, Business (Education) Program.

Exhibitors include Sellers of all components of event market: event producers, event provisioning and ready event-projects. Visitors of the exhibition are Purchasers: event organizers, business, administrative and private customers, representatives of advertising, marketing and event agencies.

Exhibition is represented in 12 main and three additional sections. Show-venue of the exhibition (stage and ice) is a stage for representation of fragments of different show exhibitors, presentations of events and performances of artists of all genres comprising sections of the exhibition.

Business (education) program includes seminars on experience exchange, lectures of Russian and foreign organizers, professional trainings of event specialists.

Exhibition catalogue (electronic) is a collection of information about participants of the exhibition, necessary components for professionals and customers including video materials.
