Benefit Concert WE ARE TOGETHER as part of musical therapy for children having infantile cerebral paralysis

Now the second year in a row Spin Music Service Group of Companies and Independent Stage Company Aksioma LLC perform charitable technical provision of the concert WE ARE TOGETHER as a part of musical therapy for kids with the ICP diagnosis (infantile cerebral paralysis).

TO OVERCOME TOGETHER!!!

This day, on the eve of a holiday, to the open-air stage of hospital have arrived to deliver holiday congratulations and to support kids and the chief physician of the 18th hospital Tatyana Timofeevna Batysheva guests as follows: Gosha Kutsenko together with his friends, actors and musicians Mikhail Yefremov, Irina Apeksimova, brethren Tursunovs (Elektronik), Peter Krasilov (from series "Beauty Isn't Happiness"), Dmitry Maryanov, Aleksandra Florinskaya, producer Andrey Novikov; film critic, author and host of “Sinemanya” program David Schneider, “Znaki” group and many other actors.

Young patients and their parents quite comfortably seated on a stand covered with Prolyte MPT 10x24 m stage roofing designed for more than 320 seats took part in a festivity together with guest actors. Also specially constructed were accesses and ramps to the stands to provide kids easy access to the stand. Patients and their parents with pleasure played, read verses and sang songs.

At the arch stage of this unusual concert at the hospital together with guest actors have performed children's collectives as well.

There was no end to applause, after all this event was so sincerely and joyfully. Many kids had an opportunity to be photographed with favorite actors and to take autographs.

Children’s eyes shone with happiness and delight – after all they saw for the first time favorite actors not on TV but alive, at arm's length, could communicate, speak with them about their problems, read aloud verses composed by them and touch the well-known people, take them by a hand.

According to Kutsenko: "The shine in their eyes – a pleasure in my heart" and it makes him glad and happy when he can help patients and children in need. Four years ago Gosha created Hope Zone Charity Foundation and since then supervises children with restricted opportunities on rehabilitation. Within his activities the actor supports children's psycho-neurological hospital No. 18 on Michurinsky avenue in Moscow. By the way, G. Kutsenko succeeded to inform to the president problems of medical institution. In May of this year Dmitry Medvedev in person has visited hospital. And now, at a request of Dmitry Anatolyevich, Gosha is working on a screenplay for a movie feachering a child suffering with infantile cerebral paralysis.

Evbar Studio has visited this event. A short interview with Mikhail Yefremov who has participated at the concert at hospital:

- Mikhail Olegovich what do you think - what should occur in our society so that charity becomes a normalcy?

- We have to pass still rather long way, already passed by civilized countries. It is a way of evolution. Yesterday I accidentally got on “Nostalgia” program with participation of Soviet and Russian philologist, art critic, screenwriter, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Dmitry Likhachev. And he was saying that all depends on culture. Cultivated people are less aggressive, more attentive to others. That is as soon as cultural evolution takes place, our society will pass that abyss of semi-Asian lack of culture which separates from us Europe, then, maybe, we will come nearer to civilized countries, and charity will become a norm for us.

- What do You think, have we enough of charity right now?

- Earlier, about 10 years ago we had almost nothing of it. Now it becomes a little more. It is necessary to introduce a tradition of charity in our country. Instead of donating alms to beggers on church porch, best of all to make any charitable share to some particular person, to help targeted, to someone definitely.

Our correspondents talked to the chief physician of the 18th Children's hospital Tatyana Timofeevna Batysheva as well:

- Tatyana Timofeevna, speaking about charitable help, what type of support is necessary for such institution as Yours?

- First of all - great love, because our children are special, they need this love as anybody else. We need kind hearts, we need good, correct hands, and only then we all together will make something beautiful, same as this concert which is now to begin.

- Who helps now more such hospitals - actors or entrepreneurs?

- We now have a tremendous alliance with Gosha Kutsenko. And I hope that this kind undertaking already underway will be supported by businessmen because we need anyone’s help. And not only we but also our admirable children on which faces we see smiles and happiness today. And what can be more delightful than baby’s happy face? Who can though for a while forget about pain, about this heartrending experience on children's shoulders? Our children are little heroes. And we will gladly accept everyone who deems it is his duty to help them. All together only it is possible to love, rejoice and make happy our children.

Prior to the concert each of children present received his own air ball of happiness. Some has got a white one, and some - green. But, desires don't depend on color of air balloons. Every kid has some great desire and every kid believes it can be reached. Therefore, each child, having made his intimate wish, on command released his air balloon to the sky, hoping for recovery.

A huge number of air balloons released for luck by patients of the 18th hospital shot up into sky, and floated a long time as if looking from the sky at this concert in hospital which took place on an open area under the warm May sun.

From the stage and near it have performed not only musicians, but also actors, priests, doctors and patients. Mikhail Yefremov read Sergey Mikhalkov's poem devoted to children then to Gosha's appearance - a permanent anchor-man - reacted with a joke: "Here the children came".

The concert program included practically all musical genres. The sound and light equipment placed on the stage allowed all stars to perform live. Even classical music was presented - two girls performed it on violins. The audience was addressed, certainly, not by all the artists announced in the concert press release. But anyway the event has gone far into more than three hours, and it was certainly a little tiresome for children on treatment in the hospital.

All the participants of this event arrived here to present pleasure and a positive which doesn't suffice in ordinary life. The program was opened by a new star from Internet space under the tasty name Blackberry, “Znaki” group and the soloist of "Cruise" Valery Gaina. Then relay was taken up by "Past 11", Nayk Borzov and "7B". And after "hot" guys there were beautiful girls from “Fabrika” group to sing about love and summer.

The concert was rounded up by Gosha with his group. He had to stay at the stage pretty long time – children didn’t want him to leave and he had to perform encore. But it is a pleasure for him to sing and sing again, after all song is his second self. As a result, the grateful audience heard from his lips "A Star by the Name Sun", "Drops", "Black-and-white Cinema" and other hits. And in "Lullaby" song closing this three-hour festivity, he replaced one of lines: "And all night long neighbors - Putin and Medvedev - shine at our ships".

"But the most important idea of this day in the territory of hospital was: "To be necessary to someone at a pinch–that means to be a true unfailing friend!"

Now tens and even, probably, hundreds of our country’ inhabitants are engaged in charity. And this is owing to efforts of talented people calling attention of authorities and society to various problems. Chulpan Khamatova, Dina Korzun and Arthur Smolyaninov attend to children with oncological diseases, Ingeborga Dapkunaite and Tatyana Drubich – to incurably sick patients of hospices, Yevgenia and Maria Mironovas – to veterans of the stage and the cinema. And Gosha Kutsenko patronages children with violations of musculoskeletal system and this is clearly seen from this publication.
