Concert dedicated to the Victory Day

LLC" Independent Stage Company "AKSIOMA" acted as technical contractor for the arrangement of the World War II Victory Day event. A number of stage constructions have been set up: the stage, roof, sound portals. The main difficulty in erecting of the roofed stage was connected with the nonstandard platform into which it was required to fit the stage complex.

After the veterans were disengaged from the Victory Parade, on Sovetskaya square, the main square of the Chekhov region, in front of the Chekhov city administration building the traditional public open-air merrymaking and festivities started. Victory Day have always symbolized, and shall symbolize our peoples national heroism forever! Never a one war in the history of the mankind can be put together with those severe ordeals and hardships our veterans had to undergo. Overbearing pain and fatigue the heroic defenders of the native land have smashed up the enemy! There were our townsmen among those who came to Berlin. I am highly honored to be here in the Red Square together with the veterans who personify the pride of the Chekhov region, and the country! I am sending my sincere and hearty compliments to you ex-servicemen and veterans of war and labour n the 67-th anniversary of Victory in the World War II! The 9-th of May is our common holiday commemorated by the legendary acts of bravery of our people! The memory of the greatest Victory in the history of the mankind will always live in our hearts! I wish every one well-being, prosperity, and peace! Compliments to you, dear fellowmen! – said Alexandr Anatolyevich Slobodin, Head of the Chekhov municipal region, to the thunder of applause.

The festivities war repertoire of the concert program was preceded on the grand stage.

Celebration of the Victory Day continued till late afternoon, and ended up with a gala concert held on the main stage on Sovetskaya square. Victory Day fireworks became the culmination of the day illuminating the night sky with varicolored lights.
