First night of Jameson First Shot contest winner

Jameson First Shot winning film opening night was held in Strelka Media, Architecture and Design Institute on June 15, 2013.

Kevin Spacey represented the winners of Jameson First Shot in Strelka Media, Architecture and Design Institute.

International competition of young cinematographers Jameson First Shot and Strelka Media, Architecture and Design Institute invite you to be the first to watch the movies of the three finalists 2013 — The Smile Man by Anton Lanshakov (Russia), Saving Norman by Hanneke Schutte (Republic of South Africa) and Love’s Routine by Shirlyn Wong (USA) – and have discussions on the movies together with Kevin Spacey and Roman Volobujev.

The Smile Man by Anton Lanshakov – a Russian winner of the second season of Jameson First Shot 2013 narrates about a man who had to live the rest of his live with a smile on his face as a result of automobile accident and back injury.

Willem Dafoe a famous actor, who played title roles in all winning movies and worked together with such renowned film directors as Lars von Trier, Wim Wenders, Kathryn Bigelow, Oliver Stone and many others.

The program schedule:

• 20:30 – 21:30 – meeting place (Jameson complimentary drink, DJ Taras 3000)
• 22:00 – Red Carpet session
• 22:45 – 23:15 — three winning short movies premiere
• 23:15 – 00:20 – public talk.
