Technical provision of the event

includes a broad range of organizational and operational arrangements, from project simulation stage to project execution time. It is directed to realize the goal of technical equipping of the event with diverse equipment of lead manufacturers accompanied with competent technical management. To ensure competent technical provision of the event project technical contractor acting for the interests of the Customer generally hires approved technical contractors representing rental services for stage, sound, light, laser, power and technology, and other equipment for the every particular project. Project technical contractor within the frame of technical equipping of the event on receipt of Technical Assignment from the Event technical director carries out a number of organizational arrangements resulting in the project budgeting. Such organizational arrangements (technical provision of the event), as a rule, include the following: definition of the area technical capabilities; engineering and 3D-modeling of the area dummies with a would-be arrangement of various equipment and set dressings; stage structure drawings; electric energy input calculation; agreeing of technical and common riders with the artists management, selection of technical subcontractors, if necessary; decorative design of the event; budgeting; coordination with the stage internal services – operating department, chief engineer, security office, and etc.; submission of supporting documents to the Client for agreement with external divisions (Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Response, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Fund for Special Operations, Federal Security Service of Russia); post-production.
