Technical management

implies, in the first place, Control over the development process of the technical part of the event in particular (drawings, sketches, 3D - modeling), and over the project production & assembling and dismantling works. Generally, the technical contractor company’s technical management is implemented by the technical director. As a general rule, the project technical director, representing interests of the Customer, hires approved technical contractors for provision of rental services of stage, light, sound, video, laser, power and technology, and a lot of other equipment for each and every specific project. The technical management concept also covers working out of all technical documentation on the project, reviewing for compliance, experimental-based load calculations, etc.
