Event technical subcontractor

is a company providing the show equipment rental services to be directly hired by the project contractor on Customer`s request to be able to implement packaged technical provision of the event, due to luck of such equipment or service in their own equipment pool; or on condition that subleased equipment or service is taken from the own equipment pool for the required date. At times, direct ordinary party of the event is aware that the event-agency or technical contractor engaged in technical provision of the event hires technical subcontractors for the event. As a rule, the event-agency engaged in the event management basically has no equipment at its disposal, and even the technical director and technical staff included. Event- agency develops the concept, ideas, writes briefs, orders artists, deals with the artist hospitality riders and etc. Event-agency draws in technical contractors as technical partners, which have various equipment in their own equipment pool, including competent technical personnel capable to implement technical support of any event.
